Double Boat – Master Korabel

Double Boat of the Russian Imperial Navy 1736-1737.  It’s a ‘small sail and raw war ship’ designed for operation in the rivers, coastal lakes, and oceans near the coast line.  Double Boats appeared in the XVIII century and were predecessors of gunboats. Besides their principal ‘battling’ funtion, they also served as advise boats and ran a mission of landing forces and transportation.

Kit Includes:

• All hull planking and details are laser cut
• Marked bevel on frames
• Special hull design that compensates the materials deformation
• Detailed Photo instructions and drawings, including English translations
• Patterns and cloth for the sail sewing (pre-made sails set available separately)
