We advise all of our customers to open their kits and go through the parts list upon arrival. It is rare that a kit is missing parts, but it does occasionally happen.
We do not carry replacement parts for kits. When requesting parts please be patient. The manufactures do not respond to emails in a timely manner and the waiting time may be considerable as the parts are most likely coming from Europe.
Most important, do not send your request more than once, this only slows down the system and results in longer wait times for your parts. Sometimes it is difficult to find a part number and a little searching may be required, if you absolutely can’t find a part number, then give a good description of the part and its name and dimensions.

Historic Ships only honors requests for parts from models that were purchased through our store. If the item was missing from the kit and you notify us within 30 days you will not be charged for the parts. If you notify us after 30 days regardless of whether they were missing from the kit initially or not, you will be charged for the parts.
Attempts to order parts to build your own model will be rejected.
