Based on a Danish freighter, build in 1902 in Svendborg with a different name. From 1933 to 1942 it sailed under the name “CARLI”. In 1944 is while underway from Wismar to Odense, loaded with coal, it hit a mine and went down. 2 of the 5 crewmembers onboard survived.
