Perfect for planing soft and hard wood to an exceptionally smooth finish, this machine guarantees tolerances to a fraction of a millimeter. All load bearing components are die-cast aluminum, with milled bearing seats and spindles for vibration-free operation and maximum stability. Triple spindled table can be adjusted to 0.0mm (0.008") and the cutter shaft has two HSS reversible cutters for long life.

Because the unit is equipped with an automatic feed unit, the work-piece is manually pushed into the feed slot for only a short distance. A knurled, spring-loaded roller then draws the piece in, allowing you to plane irregularly shaped pieces. A rubber-coated roller protects the work-piece surface as it's pushed out at the rear. The unit has a dust-protected on/off switch with restart protection in case of power supply interruption.
