Precision saw cuts non-ferrous metals, plastic and wood. Featuring a powerful, quiet DC motor, it's perfect for miter cuts. The patented design is vibration-free and leaves no burr. Instead of a swiveling saw head, the table with the clamped down work-piece turns. The laterally moving saw head stops the blade and the vise jaws from colliding, producing only a minimal gap between the work-piece vise and the cut. By using the fence and counter-rotating the table 45 degrees twice, you can get opposite angles for two equally long framing pieces, simply by reversing them.

Round, pressure-cast aluminum table may be tightened in any position as it swivels 45 degrees in both directions with positive stops at 15 degree intervals. Polycarbonate saw blade cover made from swings up automatically. Other features include: power transfer via quietly operating toothed drive belt, longitudinal fence stop with 12" (300mm) overhang, ergonomically correct grip with integrated switch and saw head release mechanism, integrated tightening mechanism with self-centering clamps, V-groove for rounded pieces, and front side groove for clamping thin work-pieces.
