Royal William - Built from materials salvaged from a demolished ship, the Royal William was launched in 1719 at Plymouth. Registered as a first rate ship of 1,600 tons, she carried three batteries of guns and a crew of 730 men.

You'll find 104 bronzed metal cannon and nearly 200 decorative pieces cast in heavy white metal. Deadeyes and gratings are walnut, and blocks are boxwood. Six diameters of rigging, silk screened flags and wooden display cradle are also included. Double plank-on-bulkhead construction is in walnut, beech, and tanganyka. Most wooden parts are laser cut to make assembly faster and more accurate. Eight extraordinarily detailed blueprint size sheets of plans rival those drawn in a naval architect's studio.
