We welcome our neighbors from Canada,
Canadians are afforded all the shipping privileges via United Parcel
Service (UPS) as Americans. The shipping costs are only slightly higher.
Canadians are responsible for paying
any Tariffs, Taxes, Customs, or other Fees charged by Canada at time of
receipt.
(Caution: UPS charges brokerage fees,
this allows UPS to clear customs and get you your package much quicker.
However this is very expensive, especially if you have a small order.
You might consider waiting until you have a large order and add these
small items to it.)
Because of import fees charged by the
United States we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations
unless you are willing to pay them.
In the invent you need parts we will
gladly assist in trying to get them, we don't charge for the parts but
you will have to pay for the shipping.
