We only take requests from customers that purchased from us, so be sure to keep your receipt for proof of purchase and invoice no. We do not take requests by phone, mail, email or fax. Requests will not be honored if all fields are not filled.

Thank you for purchasing a product or products from TallShips. As part of our service we will try to replace any broken or missing parts free of charge if request is made within 60 days of purchase. Therefore it is  very important that you inventory your order as soon as possible. At this time we can not get parts for Artesania Latina, you may get parts for their models by writing to Artesania Latina direct.

Sometimes it is difficult to find a part number and a little searching may be required, if you absolutely can't find a part number, than give us a good description of the part and its name.
